Two Series Veterans Join Forces for Daytona NCTS Race
Veteran driver, P.J. Jones, will pilot the #63 Ford F-150 NASCAR Craftsman Truck, campaigned by the veteran MB Motorsports team, in the “Chevy Silverado 250” NCTS Truck race at Daytona International Speedway, Friday February 15, 2008.
MB Motorsports is one of two teams left in the NCTS that fielded a truck since the inaugural 1995 NCTS season. Roush Racing is the other team.
P.J. Jones is only one of five drivers expected to compete in the 2008 Daytona Truck race who competed in the Truck Series first race at Phoenix. The other drivers are Mike Skinner, Ron Hornaday, Jack Sprague, & Johnny Benson. P.J. finished 16th in that race. His career best finish in the Truck Series is 2nd at Mesa Marin on 4/22/95 and Tucson on 4/8/95. P.J. has competed in 16 NCTS races over the past years.
P.J. Jones has competed in all 3 NASCAR Series, as well as the Champ Car Series and the Indy Racing League. He is the son of 1963 Indianapolis 500 winner Parnell Jones. P.J. ran in both the 2004 & 2006 Indianapolis 500 races. His NASCAR career includes running for several teams in the Cup Series from 1993 to 2007, in the Busch Series, now Nationwide Series, from 2000 to 2006, and in the Craftsman Truck Series, from 1995 to 2004.

P.J. Jones joins an elite group of drivers that have driven MB Motorsports Trucks in NASCAR, including: Jamie McMurray, Carl Edwards, Regan Smith, Brad Keselowski, the late Kenny Irwin Jr., & the late Tony Roper.

The management team at Diversified Partners is experienced in handling the development process from procuring the real estate, to overseeing the entire construction project, and handling the property management of the finished project.
