Sponsor for 2007 NASCAR Craftsman
Truck Series Race Season
ST. LOUIS, March 1 – MB Motorsports announces
a new sponsor for their #63 NASCAR Craftsman
Truck and 2007 Craftsman Series race season. The
team enters its 12th year of truck racing and
proudly announces their new sponsor for 2007,
Cooper Bussmann, Inc.
Cooper Bussmann, a division of Cooper Industries
(NYSE: CBE), is headquartered in St. Louis, and
manufactures and markets circuit protection products
globally for the electrical, electronic and transportation

The company plans to incorporate NASCAR Craftsman
Truck Series racing into its national promotional
marketing strategies. A new program aimed
at professional electrical distributors, contractors,
MRO and industrial maintenance service will launch
in April, 2007.

Based in Foristell, MO, just 30 minutes outside
of St. Louis, is home of MB Motorsports and The
Cooper Bussmann® Race Team. MB Motorsports,
Inc. owner, Mike Mittler,
has over 40 years of racing experience and helped
form and crew for famed NASCAR drivers Rusty
Wallace and Kenny Wallace. Together with his
brother, Paul, they own Mittler Brothers Machine & Tool
Company where they produce world-class products
and tools for race car/truck fabrication. Their
tube benders and notching equipment are considered
to be the very best in racing, and the Mittler
Brothers name is in every major race team shop

foot, high-tech facility, the Mittler Brothers

MB Motorsports has provided the foundation for
many of NASCAR’s most popular and successful
drivers. Names like Carl Edwards, Jamie
McMurray, Mike Wallace and the late Tony Roper
have all driven for MB Motorsports.
Mittler and team manager Bill Politsch are veterans
of racing and will provide Cooper Bussmann with
a highly competitive team. The Cooper
Bussmann truck will be driven by Scott Lynch
of Burley, Idaho. Lynch, 27, graduated
from the University of Utah, and has been racing
since 1995. Lynch’s career highlights
include 2003 NASCAR Winston Series West Champion
and 2003 Winston Series West Rookie of the Year.
Lynch has started nine NASCAR Craftsman Truck
Series events with four top 20 finishes. While
widely known in the southwest and western racing
circuits, Lynch intends to make his presence
known on the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driving
a full race schedule for MB Motorsports.
