Patton Shakes His Tail
Feathers At Gateway
Aflac - Missouri East partners with the #63
America’s Most Wanted Racing Ford driven
by JR Patton as the Primary Sponsor for the Dodge
Ram Tough 200 at Gateway International Raceway.
“It is an honor to partner with Mike
Mittler's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team!” said
Dave Fenemor of Aflac. “Many of this
teams sponsors; Mittler Brothers Machine and
Tool, Dave Porter Truck Sales and Shetler Ford
offer Aflac benefits to their employees. All
these great sponsors are family oriented businesses
supporting a great cause. When we were
asked to be a part of the #63 America’s
Most Wanted Racing team, Tye Elliott (Aflac
- Missouri East State Coordinator)
and I jumped at the opportunity to support their
mission of finding missing children.”
“This is a tremendous and very exciting
opportunity for us.” said team owner Mike
Mittler. “We appreciate Aflac for
coming on board with us this weekend at our home
track. Over the last few years we have developed
a win-win relationship with Aflac. This
is another step in a very positive direction
for us all.”
“I can think of a great new commercial
for them!” said driver JR Patton. “Aflac,
Aflac, Aflaaac! I get a kick out of the
Duck commercials. Cash, it is as good as
money… has to be my favorite!”
Patton went on to say, “I am very familiar
with Aflac as my dad’s motorcycle shops
in New Mexico offer Aflac benefits to all
our employee’s. It is an honor to
have Aflac on board.”
Patton went on to comment about the teams
objectives for Gateway. “First we
need a strong run in qualifying to make the race. Once
in the race, we will do well. The guys
in the shop have worked very hard over the last
month to put together a solid truck this weekend. This
is my first time on this track and I want to
have a good finish in front of our hometown fans. I
am looking forward to an exciting race!”
