Gateway Race is Homecoming for MB Motorsports
Homecoming --
Travel time for this weekend's race won't be an issue for Larry Gunselman and
the #63 Waterloo Tool Storage team. The MB Motorsports race shop is located
in Foristell, Missouri, just 40 miles from Gateway Raceway.
"I'm anxious to get on the track at Gateway," says driver Larry Gunselman.
"I've never run there before and I hear it's a little tricky to get around,
but the team has run there before and I have confidence that they'll get the
truck set up to make us competitive. I’ve heard that Gateway has some similarities
to Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington and I have raced a lot at Evergreen.
Hopefully that experience will help us this weekend. "
"Our guys have been working real hard the last three weeks to give Larry
a good running truck at Gateway," stated owner and crew chief, Mike Mittler.
"This is our home track, so obviously we want to run real well in front
of all our friends, family, sponsors, and race fans."
St. Louis Children's Hospital Visit --
Larry Gunselman will join several other NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Drivers
on Thursday afternoon distributing "goodie bags" and visiting kids
at the St. Louis Children's Hospital.

The Ram Tough 200 at Gateway International Raceway in St. Louis, Missouri is
Sunday, May 6,2001 at 3:00 p.m. CST. It will be broadcast live on ESPN and MRN
radio.
